General Terms of Use

iBazar operates as a technology, shopping, delivery coordination, and marketplace platform connecting customers with third-party stores, restaurants, couriers, drivers, logistics providers, and independent partners.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using iBazar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including all related policies, shipping rules, refund rules, privacy policies, and operational procedures published by iBazar.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
- Users must provide accurate account and delivery information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and devices.
- Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account.
- Providing false information, fraudulent information, or impersonation may result in account suspension or legal action.
3. Platform Role & Third-Party Providers
iBazar does not manufacture, produce, package, certify, inspect, or independently verify every third-party product listed on the platform.
Partner stores, markets, restaurants, couriers, and independent providers remain responsible for:
- Product preparation and packaging
- Ingredient handling and allergen handling
- Inventory availability
- Store pricing and shelf pricing
- Compliance with local food, health, and business regulations
4. Product Weight & Quantity Variations
Certain products are sold by weight, piece count, package size, pounds (lb), ounces (oz), grams, or estimated quantity.
- Products such as meat, steak, produce, fruits, vegetables, seafood, bakery items, and large items may naturally vary in weight or size.
- Reasonable weight differences of approximately 30–50 grams, or the closest equivalent in lb/oz, are accepted as part of the purchase.
- Some products cannot be divided exactly, including steaks with bone, large produce, or packaged items.
- By placing an order, customers accept these natural product variations.
5. Pricing, Fees & Charges
Prices shown in the application may differ from in-store pricing due to operational, logistics, technology, service, and marketplace factors.
- Delivery fees may vary depending on route, zone, traffic, tolls, bridges, and distance.
- Non-local orders may require domestic or regional delivery pricing.
- Taxes, service fees, payment processing fees, and regulatory fees may apply.
- Prices and availability may change without notice.
6. Delivery Terms
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Weather, tolls, traffic, accidents, partner delays, and operational issues may affect delivery timing.
- Some deliveries may be unavailable depending on location or distance.
- Customers must provide correct addresses, apartment numbers, gate codes, and phone numbers.
7. Refused / Failed Deliveries
If a customer is unreachable, unavailable, refuses delivery, provides incorrect information, or creates unsafe delivery conditions, iBazar may:
- Cancel the order
- Charge additional delivery fees
- Refuse future service
- Dispose of perishable items when required by safety standards
8. Food Safety & Allergens
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, allergen warnings, dietary restrictions, and product information before consumption.
iBazar cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation because third-party stores and restaurants may handle products in shared environments.
9. Payments & Chargebacks
- Customers authorize iBazar and payment providers to process authorized payments.
- Fraudulent chargebacks or false refund claims may result in account suspension and collection action.
- iBazar reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity.
10. Fraud Prevention & Security
iBazar reserves the right to monitor transactions, accounts, delivery behavior, and activity for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and operational safety.
- False claims
- Harassment of staff or drivers
- Abusive refund behavior
- Platform misuse or illegal activity
may result in account restrictions, legal reporting, permanent bans, or additional action where permitted by law.
11. Intellectual Property
The iBazar platform, including logos, trademarks, branding, graphics, software, design elements, layout, and original content, are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, scraping, reproduction, reverse engineering, resale, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
12. Service Availability
iBazar does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The platform may experience maintenance, outages, updates, delays, software bugs, third-party interruptions, or temporary unavailability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iBazar, its owners, affiliates, contractors, employees, drivers, logistics providers, technology partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the platform, delayed deliveries, unavailable products, third-party conduct, or food-related issues.
Total liability, where permitted by law, shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iBazar and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, legal fees, penalties, or expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the platform
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of law or third-party rights
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from the use of iBazar may be handled in the appropriate courts located within the State of New York where legally permitted.
16. Policy Updates
iBazar reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
