These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iBazar platform, including any iBazar websites, mobile applications, customer support channels, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by iBazar (“iBazar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
iBazar is a technology platform that connects customers with independent third-party partners (including halal grocery stores, markets, and restaurants). iBazar does not manufacture, prepare, package, certify, or guarantee third-party products. Availability, pricing, and fulfillment are controlled by third-party partners, subject to operational limitations.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
1. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
“Customer,” “you,” “your” means any person who accesses or uses the Services, including browsing, creating an account, or placing an order.
“Partners” means third-party stores, markets, restaurants, merchants, and other providers whose goods and services may be available through iBazar.
“Order” means a request submitted through the Services to purchase goods and/or request fulfillment from one or more Partners.
“Fees” include service fees, delivery fees, small order fees, taxes, regulatory fees, surcharges, and any other charges disclosed during checkout.
“Content” means any text, images, graphics, listings, reviews, ratings, data, software, or other materials displayed on or provided through the Services.
2. Who We Are / Platform Role
2.1 Platform. iBazar provides a platform to browse items, place Orders, and coordinate shopping and delivery through couriers and logistics partners.
2.2 Not the Seller. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Partners (not iBazar) are the sellers/merchants of record for goods and are responsible for product preparation, labeling, quality, and compliance. iBazar is not a retailer, restaurant, manufacturer, or certifying authority.
2.3 No Employment / Agency Relationship. iBazar does not employ or control Partners. Partners operate independently. Where iBazar coordinates delivery through third parties, those providers may be independent contractors or third-party logistics partners.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
3.1 Eligibility. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, including delivery address, phone number, and instructions.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. Service Area & Availability
4.1 Service Area. iBazar currently serves parts of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Not every Partner is available in every area at all times.
4.2 Changes. Availability may change without notice due to operational, Partner, or service area updates.
5. How Ordering Works
When you place an Order, you authorize iBazar and/or a courier partner to:
coordinate shopping for store orders (where applicable),
communicate with you regarding substitutions/unavailability,
deliver items to the address you provide (where delivery is available).
You agree to provide clear delivery instructions and remain reachable during fulfillment.
6. Important Rule: Multi-Store / Multi-Region Orders
iBazar may display multiple Partners. However, certain combinations of items across distant locations may be impractical or undeliverable.
If an Order:
includes multiple stores far apart, and/or
includes locations outside your delivery area, and/or
cannot be reasonably completed in one route,
iBazar may, in its discretion:
contact you to correct the Order,
split the Order if operationally possible (additional time/fees may apply),
cancel all or part of the Order if correction is not possible.
Delivery time estimates may change significantly when an Order requires adjustments.
7. Product Availability, Substitutions & Weight-Based Items
7.1 Availability. Product availability is controlled by Partners.
7.2 Substitutions. If an item is unavailable, substitutions may occur based on your preferences. If no substitute exists, the item may be removed.
7.3 Weight / Variable Pricing. Items priced by weight/size may change in final price compared to estimated totals.
8. Pricing, Taxes, Tips & Fees
8.1 Pricing. Prices may differ between Partners and may change.
8.2 Fees. Fees may include delivery fees, service fees, small order fees, taxes, and other required charges disclosed during checkout.
8.3 Payment Authorization. Your payment method may be temporarily authorized for an amount greater than the checkout total to account for substitutions, weight adjustments, added items, or other adjustments.
9. Delivery Timing (No Guarantee)
Delivery timing is an estimate only. Depending on demand, distance, Partner preparation time, traffic, and availability, delivery may take from 3–4 hours up to 3 days. iBazar does not guarantee delivery time windows.
10. Delivery Requirements & Failed Delivery
You agree to:
be reachable during fulfillment,
provide correct address/instructions,
be available to receive the Order.
If delivery fails due to customer issues (wrong address, no access, repeated unavailability), iBazar may attempt reasonable solutions; outcomes may include cancellation, return of items (when possible), or disposal where required for food safety. Additional costs may apply.
11. Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be modified or canceled only if fulfillment has not started. Once shopping/preparation begins, cancellation may be limited or unavailable.
12. Food Safety & Allergens
You are responsible for reviewing product details and ingredients. iBazar cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Partners may handle items in shared environments.
13. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
misuse the platform (fraud, abuse, chargeback fraud),
harass couriers, Partners, or staff,
use iBazar for illegal activities,
scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services.
We may restrict or terminate access for violations.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
iBazar is not responsible for Partner preparation/manufacturing defects or Partner mistakes,
iBazar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages,
iBazar’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Order.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
