Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of grocery and food delivery, returns are limited.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or credits may be issued if:

  • Items are missing from the order

  • Items are damaged, spoiled, or expired

  • Incorrect items were delivered

Reporting Issues

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photos or additional verification may be required.

Refund Method

Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as iBazar credit.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Approved substitutions

  • Taste or personal preference complaints

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect address or customer unavailability
